Meet Your Partner,
Marisa Switzer.
For the past fifteen years, I've helped product-based brands in fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle grow through strategy, branding, websites, launches, and marketing.
And while I loved the work, I started noticing something interesting.
The founders I worked with weren't struggling because they lacked ambition.
In fact, most were incredibly capable. They had built successful businesses while juggling careers, marriages, moves, babies, and all the beautiful and messy things that come with real life.
But the further they grew, the heavier everything seemed to become.
The business they had once dreamed about started feeling like another thing to manage.
Another thing asking for more.
And somewhere along the way, the freedom they hoped to create started feeling a lot like another job.
I knew there had to be another way.
MY PHILOSOPHY
Build something beautiful. Keep your life.
Becoming a mother changed the way I thought about success.
It made me question why so many women feel like they have to choose between building something meaningful and being present for the lives they're creating.
And the truth is, I don't think we were ever meant to make that choice.
I think we were meant to have support. I think businesses should be built intentionally.
And I think growth should create more life, not consume it.
Those beliefs shape the way I work today.
Because while strategy, positioning, marketing, and websites matter, what matters even more is creating something that leaves room for the people and moments that matter most.

Belief • 01
Big dreams and full lives can exist together.
Success shouldn't require sacrificing everything else. You don't have to choose between building something meaningful and being present for the life you're creating.
Belief • 02
Less, more intentionally.
Simplicity creates space for what matters most. Growth isn't always about adding more. Often, the biggest shifts come from removing what no longer serves you.
Belief • 03
Support
changes everything.
Women weren't meant to build alone. Businesses grow best when they aren't built on the shoulders of one person carrying everything.
Belief • 04
Build for the
long haul.
The best brands are designed to evolve with you. Your business should support your life, not ask you to put it on hold.

15 Years Later…
These days, I partner with women building product-based brands meant to last.
Together, we create thoughtful foundations, clear positioning, and sustainable growth strategies that support both the business and the life being built alongside it.
Because I don't believe success should require sacrificing yourself to sustain it.
And because women were never meant to build alone.

( tHE FORMAL STUFF )
Here’s my credentials,
if you're curious.
Over the last fifteen years, I've partnered with more than 150 brands across fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.
Brands I've worked with have been featured in Nordstrom, Sephora, Anthropologie, Free People, Forbes, Vanity Fair, Elle, Glamour, Harper's Bazaar, Good Housekeeping, and more.
The work I'm most proud of has never been the press or recognition. It's watching women exhale. Watching them rediscover why they started in the first place.
And reminding them that they don't have to carry it all alone.
